Adding Users

The system will only check for a valid number in column D, so you don't need a Name and Email address if you don't have them.
You can copy and paste the info into the google spreadsheet, just make sure you don't edit the membership column name.
You can add more columns but they must be inserted after the D Column, the app will not work if the membership numbers are not in the D Column.

Changing your Promo / Splash Screen



The system will accept small images but be mindful of the image quality and ratio.
A blank example can be downloaded by clicking on the 'Download Example' button

Enter the URL of the webpage you would like the Promo image to open if the user taps the image, this can be left blank if you don't want to open a webpage.

F.A.Q's
I go to log in and nothing happens?
- Have you updated to the latest version (3.0 or higher) and signed up again? We had to move our authentication service in February 2018 so all logins created before then will not work.
- Are you connected to the internet? The app requires an internet connection to log in, but after that it should open instantly unless you clear your cache or delete and re-install the app
- You've already signed up with that email. Return to the Login screen by going back to the menu screen then tapping the 'Login' button then enter your email and password. If you can't remember your password, press 'Forgot your password?' to reset your password.

- Try again, and check how you type.
- Check your Junk Folder
- Try signing up with your email address again, you may have miss-typed it the first time.
- Try again and check you type the number correctly
- Contact your association to check you have the correct number, and to check they have your number in the system.
- ....really sorry about this one, some phones couldn't display the splash screen so we provided an update to remove it but again some phones might not install the update properly. Please uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
Signing Up

Tap on the Sign Up Button

- Enter your email address, this can be any address as long as it's valid.
- If you're app requires a membership number, enter it here.
- Create a 6 character password.
- Tap on Sign Up
