We work remotely so if you don't have the time during your normal working hours we can support you with limited onsite training but backed up with email and phone call support or,
Do it yourself, with all account sign ups we provide you with PDF version of our online documentation as well as supplementary templates.
Using the Web App on your phone or desktop you also have access to the Chat Box where you can message us directly within the app.... just like the one in the corner of this webpage.
Regularly Updated
When working on a new feature we often release it in Beta on the Web App and include a Pop Up chat box so you can message us with questions and feedback directly from in the App.
Improvements that are not related to someones Intellectual Property (that we don't have permission to use) and would benefit all users are added to the development Road Map and implemented in future updates.
Your *specific user requirements can also be developed into the app so they are only available to those within your group.
