I've just jotted down some info here to try and give you an idea of what I can do for your business, this page isn't finished
Daniel
Process and System Development
Create or assist you in creating a Quality Manual, or just the sections you need like; Flowcharts, Quality Policy Statements, Procedure Documents
Site Documents
Provide you with Templates that you can customise to suit your needs and/or work with you to create them and the process around using them
Software Implementation and improvement
Review your current systems and documents, complete a Gap Analysis and assist you in transferring over to a new software platform. Buying software won't solve all your problems, how it fits into your business and how you use it does.
Tender and Quoting documents
To win a tender you have to effectively explain how you manage quality, get assistance in creating your submission.
Start with a low investment by using a Quality Plan Checklist, which if you win the tender we continue and assist you with creating the QA Plan.

The Level of Involvement you Require
Take advantage of having a Quality Manager without the commitment of an FTE.
Most of my work is setup (or will be) as tutorials for you and your staff to complete or at least start working on it yourself, you'll only need me when you're stuck.
Not sure where to start? we can work out a budget of how much time I spend with your company each month... might just be day. I can then help you assess what you need to work on and leave you with tasks that I review next time.
