We know you're there to work not fill in paper work so we've made it as easy as possible to make an Entry.

* On the Main Screen select 'Enter Activity'

* Navigate the Menu's or use the Text Search

* Select (up to 3) Activities

* Select your Project

- Select your hours (defaults to 1)

- Select your date (defaults to the days date)

- Enter your Notes (optional)

- Select 'Add to Time Sheet' and your Start/Finish times (optional)

- Add (up to 3) photos (optional)


* Select Save

* Select Save and Return to Menu or Save and Enter Another.

Save Time with Repeat Tasks

We're continuously looking at ways to speed things up and reduce double handling
When you've completed the same task as yesterday you can use the 'Repeat Last Entry' button on the Home and Main pages which creates a new entry using the same data as your last entry but changes the days date.

If complete several tasks in the same day that are similar, Select 'Save and Enter Another' after completing your first entry and a new entry will be created using the same data.

We Help you Check your Work

Where possible we dropdown lists, shared data, and 'checkpoints'.

Projects are selected from a dropdown list that you create or if your employer is using the app, their projects are shared with you. We've even included a few defaults like traveling time.

Once you have selected save, you will go to a 'Confirm Entry' page so you can quickly check you got everything right. If you notice an error, simply select 'Return and Edit'.

There are minimum requirements to make an entry, you must select an Activity, and a Project, the rest is set by defaults which you can edit later.

Using the App teaches you project structure

The Menu is setup either by us using a typical Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) or by your Training Provider which again could use a WBS layout or follow the structure of the Qualification e.g. by Modules and Units Standards.

Navigating the Category Menu or using the Text Search shows you the hierarchy of the tasks.
